Dear Members,
The Annual General Body meeting of the Kahror Pakka Mahasabha (Regd.) Delhi will be held on 22nd Feburary,2026 (Sunday) at 10 AM at DDA-KPM Community Hall, Vikram Vihar Extension, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi-110024.
Agenda
1. The Meeting will be chaired by the President, KPM
2. Confirmation of Last AGM’s Minutes dated 11th May, 2025.
3. Presentation of Annual Report.
4. To consider and approve the audited Accounts of KPM for the year 2024-25, that is, up to 31st March, 2025.
5. Any other item(s) with the permission of the chair.
6. To conduct the Elections for the post of President & Team KPM.
7. Sh. M N Bhardwaj has been appointed as Returning Officer by the Managing committee & Sh. Virender Buti will assist the returning officer for smooth conducting of elections.
8. Vote of Thanks.
As per the Constitution of Kahror Pakka Mahasabha (KPM), quorum of 1/3rd of total membership is required for holding the AGM. In case the quorum is less than 1/3rd of members, the Meeting will be adjourned for thirty minutes, thereafter the house will reassemble for which no quorum shall be required.
- Members who wish to ask question/s regarding any matter pertaining to KPM should submit their question/s in writing to the General Secretary NOT LATER THAN 17th Feburary,2026 (Five days before the AGM) to enable us to give the proper reply.
- If any of the above-mentioned persons from the election management committee wishes to contest any post, his name from above list will be deleted automatically.

The elections for the post of President and office-bearer team of KPM will be held on 22nd February,2026 at 10 AM at “DDA-KPM Community Hall, Vikram Vihar Extension, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi -24”.Eligible KPM member may send his/her Nomination Form (enclosed) duly filled & completed in all respect, for the post of President & office-bearer of KPM to the Returning Officer: Sh. M N Bhardwaj appointed for this purpose, at DDA-KPM Community Hall, Vikram Vihar Extension, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi-24.
Schedule
A. Last Date of submitting Nomination : 12th February,2026 till 5 PM
B. Scrutiny of Nomination Form : 13th February,2026 upto 5 PM
C. Withdrawal of Nomination : 14th February,2026 upto 5 PM
D. Elections : 22nd February,2026 upto 4 PM
E. Result : 22nd February,2026 at 5 PM
- Please note that the non-members are not entitled/allowed to participate in the meeting/election as per the Constitution of KPM (Read clause No. 4.28 and 5.1)
- No proxy shall be allowed as per the Constitution of KPM (Read clause No. 5.7)
- The member has to deposit Rs 10,000 (ten thousand only) as Security for contesting for the post of President of KPM & if the casted votes in his favour are less than 10% of the total valid votes on that date, the said Security Deposit shall be forfeited, as per the Constitution of KPM (Read clause No. 4.32)

General Guidelines regarding Election of the President & Team KPM:
- All the Patrons, Life Members and Annual Members, wherever they are, can cast their vote for the election of the President of Kahror Pakka Mahasabha (KPM), provided they have become member of KPM before 30th November 2025.
- Honorary Members cannot hold any office of KPM and hence shall not have any voting rights, but they may attend AGM, as per the Constitution of KPM (Read clause No. 1.2)
- Contesting Candidate will have to be present in the AGM.
- As per provisions of Constitution, the members shall elect the President KPM and office-bearers, who in turn will constitute full Managing Committee of his own accordingly.
